If you would like to return your purchased items you may do so within 7 days upon receipt of the package. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted for product exchange.
We only do product exchanges so please chose another item in our catalog that is the same price or higher. We will ask you to pay for the difference in the price of your chosen item and the product you are returning.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the delivery receipt.
Please do not send your purchase back to the publisher.

If you are shipping an item over PhP 2,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
